Dr. Rattan has offered the most amazing support and help to us at a time when my husband has been very unwell. She is a very good listener and always gives great attention to what we say and explains very clearly what is happening and how we can move forward positively. I was unhappy about having been moved from Liz Fisher to Dr Rattan and wrote to complain to the practice. However, having had my first appointment with her recently, meeting her has totally allayed my fears. Her whole manner, attentiveness, helpfulness, etc was very re-assuring. I am still sad to have lost Liz Fisher as she is such a good doctor but feel I am in equally good hands with Dr Rattan.

I use to have a different doctor in park surgery but could never get a appointment with them. I had seen Dr rattan a couple of times and found her to be a great listener and really helpful so I asked to change to her. She is really friendly and helpful.

I wanted to leave this review and feedback to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I have received from Dr.J.Rattan. Dr Rattan has taken the time to phone me on a couple of occasions to check I am ok and to discuss with me my treatment and further advise when I have been experiencing difficulties with the medication. Dr.Rattan took the time to write down for me the combination of medications prescribed for me as I was going to write notes to remember what to take when and with what etc. but Dr Rattan was great an did this for me and took the time to explain.She has been very good in guiding me on the best course of action and has demonstrated empathy and a genuine caring and professional nature which is appreciated. Society can be very quick to complain, and people rarely take the time to express their thanks for when they have been the recipient of good practice and good service so I wanted to write this.
